At SEO Melody, we offer subscription-based SEO services tailored to meet your needs. Except where a statutory right of withdrawal applies as described in Section 1 below, payments made for our Services are final and non-refundable.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days from certain digital content and service contracts and to receive a full refund. Please note that under EU law, this right applies exclusively to natural persons and does not extend to B2B clients.

This right of withdrawal applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a Subscription. It does not apply to subsequent Subscription payments.

If your Subscription includes a free trial period, a new 14-day withdrawal period will begin as soon as that free trial period ends.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has already started to be downloaded, streamed, or otherwise used, where you have given express consent for performance to begin during the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit your refund request within 14 days of the date of the relevant transaction by contacting our support team at [email protected].

2. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team. Once you request a cancellation, our support team will process the request within 20 business days. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be charged. Outside of the statutory withdrawal right described in Section 1, no prorated refunds will be provided for any remaining time in the billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to services until the subscription period ends.

3. App Store and Google Play Subscriptions

If you have purchased a subscription through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, cancellations and refunds must be managed through the respective platform. We do not have the ability to process refunds or handle cancellations directly for purchases made via these platforms.

To manage or cancel your subscription:

Any disputes or refund requests for subscriptions purchased through these platforms should be addressed to their support teams directly, as SEO Melody cannot process refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases.

4. Disputes and Questions

If you have concerns about the services or your subscription, please contact our support team for assistance. While we will make every effort to address your concerns, refunds will not be issued as part of the resolution process.

By subscribing to SEO Melody services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy and understand that cancellation requests will be processed within 20 business days of receiving your request.
